Love the colors...in fact...why not wear it with just a pair of jeans! Love that...male, but like female..isn't exploring cultures the best!!

What a lovely hat Cathy! in french we would call it a "bibi", small and quite flat hat with feathers and/or flowers...
I guess you can wear it in all sorts of simple occasions, not only for great occasions... I'd love to see a picture of you wearing this cute hat on your hair!
There is a lot of work done on it and maybe it's worth the price you paid for it... nice to learn from you about Thaï customs, and this one particularly about the first sale of the day for a vendor... glad to know that you brought good luck to this young woman for the entire day...
