an old pot in which hundreds of soups have been cooked, a wall with paint peeling over the years, a worn out window sill or maybe a ruined serving hatch in a humble restaurant... with such a beautiful simplicity and such a stunning light you've expressed, Cathy, the feeling that life is about cooking and eating all over the world, in the richest countries as well as in the poorest lands...
