Merry Christmas to ME!

 

I am in the states for the holidays and while I was out Christmas shopping for others - I found wonderful Paris luggage at the Home Goods Store.

 

 

 

Oh my.... I could not resist them!!  And not very expensive... $16.99 for the small one and $24.99 for the large.   Love love love them!  Here is another view that better shows the scale:

 

 

 

They are well made and quite heavy....so they will not be going back to Singapore with me.  But I know when return to the states in a few years I will do a french themed art room..... and they will be perfect!

These are great! I did buy one thing for myself at the thrift the other day. A metal Christmas candleholder with a bird theme. I cannot resist birds any more than you can resist the Paris theme!
You know I love vintage suitcases and this is giving me an idea. I have been looking for a way to store my paper scraps and ephemera. A suitcase would be the perfect thing. Now I just have to figure out how to fit it in here - haha!

I love Home Goods!!! I have not been out for almost 4 weeks, stuck here on crutches and cannot drive. For the most part it is good, I have missed all that craziness out there. these are adorable !!!! Maybe one will be left for me by the time I can get there LOL
